  • Job Description: This position is for a full-time 1st grade teacher in a primarily self-contained classroom. The teacher would be responsible for Bible, Language Arts, Math, Science, Social Studies, PE and other duties as assigned. Music class is taught by our music teacher. We are blessed with approx 185 students, single-grade classrooms, a full-time principal, full-time music teacher, several full-time instructional aids and a full-time librarian. Teachers have no lunch or recess duties expect for in emergency situations.

    Lodi SDA Elementary shares a 40-acre campus with the lovely Lodi Academy. We have affordable faculty rental properties on site.   • Job Description: Sacramento Adventist Academy (SAA) is located 20 minutes outside of Sacramento, CA in the city of Carmichael. SAA currently serves 400 students in Preschool through 12th grade. Six churches, two church companies, and Adventist Health (Corporate) actively support the school. SAA is fully accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges and is committed to ongoing student achievement.

    Over the last ten years, SAA has experienced significant enrollment growth (150+ students), which has supported significant expansion of academic and social programming, continued investment in growing/developing personnel, and major investments in infrastructure.
