    Description: The Assistant Food Service worker is responsible for: monitoring, supervising and providing managerial assistance in the provisioning, operation, and functions of a large food service facility (cafeteria) with a staff serving, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This position provides assistance to the Food Service Director with the goal of serving nutritious meals that are cost effective in a pleasant clean environment utilizing student and staff labor.
