Pathfinder Fair

LOCATION: Napa Christian Campus of Education, 2201 Pine St, Napa, CA 94559-3120

FEE: $12 will be charged per person over 9 years old, and the bill will be sent to your club
after the event.

ARRIVAL: Please check in at Registration on arrival.

AWARDS: It’s important to note that our fair events are judged against a predetermined
standard unless otherwise specified. This approach ensures fairness and reduces direct
competition between clubs, allowing multiple first-place winners in each event.

BTP CAMPOREE MEETING: All Club Directors attending the BTP Camporee in August
must attend a mandatory meeting in the Chapel at 1:00pm, for important information.

FOOD BOOTHS: Food Booth hours are 10:00am-3:00pm. Booths are not allowed to
open for sale until after the Opening Ceremonies. Please read all guidelines and rules
listed on the Food Booth Application form.
