2020 Plan Year Healthcare Open Enrollment

YOU MUST PARTICIPATE
Your current healthcare will end on December 31, 2019.
2020 Plan Year Effective Dates: JANUARY 1, 2020 - December 31, 2020
EVERY medical-eligible* employee must actively participate in our annual open enrollment by enrolling or declining healthcare beginning January 1, 2020. Each year, Ascend to Wholeness Healthcare and Kaiser Permanente Healthcare plan year is January 1 to December 31. Please the open enrollment email sent to your conference email and read the information in its entirety, and enroll or decline Healthcare for 2020.
*A medical-eligible employee is a regular status employee, scheduled to work 30+ hours per week.
This includes combining authorized hours of a multi-position employee.

Wellness and healthcare program for Adventist Church employees in the North American Division. Administered by Adventist Risk Management.

Dedicated to improving the health of our members and the communities served, by creating safe healthy environments and providing care and coverage for all.

 


 

Employee Participation Wellness Program January 1, 2018 – July 31, 2018

Employees enrolled in the Ascend to Wholeness Plan and the Kaiser Permanente Plan are required to participate in the 2018 Wellness Program. The program must be completed by July 31, 2018. Please contact Lydia Paredes lydia.paredes@nccsda.com for more information.

 


 

Northern California Conference is very pleased to offer three health care plans: Accelerate and Access Plans through Ascend to Wholeness and the Kaiser Permanente Traditional Plan. Our health care plans include: medical, prescription, dental, vision, and hearing.

Due to medical cost increases, NCC has made the decision to increase its Contribution Rate by $5 per month per unit.

Effective July 1, 2018 the Contribution Rate for health care will increase to $75 per unit. You will begin to see this new rate reflected on your July 10, 2018 paycheck.


 

Effective January 1, 2015, medical eligible employees are defined as regular employees scheduled to work 30 hours or more per week.
