Our department is here to provide Resources, training, and support to our churches, schools, and members. Our job is to facilitate the emergence of healthy disciples who live out the gospel in their communities. When we do this God is able to build His church!

We have three main initiatives to help facilitate this movement.

Church Planting

God was clear with His desire for the church from the very beginning. “Be fruitful and multiply.” We want churches to do the same. Churches that plant Churches!

Disciple-Making

This is the evangelism strategy Jesus laid out for us in Matt 28:19-20. It is also the foundation of our other two initiatives. Jesus wants us to make disciples that make disciples.

Church Revitalization

The harvest is plentiful, but where are the workers? This initiative is intended to re-ignite the members to the work of ministry and our pastors as trainers and equippers.
